3. Description of Service

Cyberest is a productivity tool designed to block distracting websites, apps, and content. It may:

Prevent access to predefined websites (e.g., social media, adult content, news)
Block installed applications
Operate continuously and resist user bypass attempts

Cyberest may be updated automatically, and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time.

4. User Responsibilities

5. Account & Subscriptions

Billing: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis unless canceled.
Cancellation: You may cancel anytime. Access remains until the end of the billing period.
Refunds: Refunds are not guaranteed and are offered at our discretion unless required by law.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software solely for its intended purpose. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

All content, code, logos, and materials on Cyberest are owned by ForCyberest SRL or its licensors and are protected under intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee:

That blocking will be 100% foolproof
That the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
That productivity or behavior change will result

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cyberest is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including:

Loss of productivity, time, or revenue
Device malfunctions or data loss
Inability to access certain content or systems

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful.

You may also stop using the Service and uninstall the software at any time.

11. Updates and Changes

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the “Effective Date” updated. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bucharest.
